Self-developed by Beijing Ca-Long, CLR series Recycled Asphalt Plant(RAP) could use the hot recycled asphalt to produce new asphalt with a percentage of max. 60%. Its design introduces foreign advanced technology and takes into consideration the current Chinese road situations. Its performance reaches the international advanced standard.
Main Features
■ Various layout design, can be perfectly connected with various types of raw material mixing plant
■ Scientific and advanced drying drum design, combustion and heating integrated, drum non-sticky and non-blocked, temperature controllable, no aging phenomenon of recycled asphalt
■ Recycled hot asphalt transfer system adopts thermal oil for heat preservation, no adhesion and no cleaning
■ Automatic temperature control system to prevent the burning loss and blue smoke of recycled materials.
■ The performance of recycled material is superior and stable, realize 0 ~ 60% can be added and reused
■ Index such as blue smoke emission and additional pollution etc. All within the limits of EU environmental requirements
■ International advanced control system, easy-to-operate control interface, realize the perfect control to plant.
