Eco-friendly Asphalt Mixing plant, four years of painstaking research and development, international advanced level, to achieve clean, quiet, recycling, economy. “Green, circulation, high efficiency” is the environmental protection concept of Ca-Long, according to higher standards of environmental protection requirements, Ca-Long adopts advanced technology and measures for feeding, discharging, drying, screening and measurement, the operation dust, asphalt smoke, noise and so on to carry out comprehensive governance, environmental indicators reached the national standard and European standard.
■ The cold aggregrate system adopts the two types of floor silo type or bucket silo enclosed type to achieve the minimum dust, energy saving and environmental protection
■ The main tower internal air duct scientific design, so that the machine production in the negative pressure state
■ Asphalt smoke is collected in a concentrated manner, and is treated by concentrated secondary combustion or plasma + LLL resonance
■ The discharging point is used for dust suppression and buffering and local sealing, with the induced air for dust removal
■ Adopt advanced noise-proof, sound-proof and sound-proof technology to realize quiet production
■ The application of frequency conversion control technology can save energy, reduce noise and have a long life
■ For special occasions, three-stage dust removal system is adopted to realize ultra-low dust emission
